AU-X4T
Smart, Energy Saving Detection for your spaces

AU-X4T
AU-X4T Microwave Motion Sensor, a new energy-saving switch, adopts a microwave sensor with high-frequency electromagnetic waves (5.8 GHz) and an integrated circuit. It gathers automatism, convenience, safety, energy-saving, and practical functions.
The wide/detection field depends upon the detectors. When one enters the detection field, it can start the load at once and automatically identifies day and night. The installation of this product is very convenient, and it can be used for a wide range of applications. It can be detected easily through doors, glass panes, or even thin walls, making it ultra-reliable as there are no gaps in the detection zone.

Smart Detection
Detects motion through walls/glass, auto day/night sensing

Energy Saving
Turns off appliances when not needed

Easy Installation
Adjustable sensitivity, time delay, and detection range

Key Functional Modes

Day/Night Recognition
- The AU-X4T sensor can automatically differentiate between day and night.
- When the LUX knob is set to the “sun” symbol, it works both in bright daylight and low light.
- When set to the “3” position (minimum), it operates only in darkness (below 3 LUX).

Adjustable Sensitivity
- The detection range can be tailored for the application area.
- Low sensitivity: Suitable for confined or focused detection (e.g., 1 metre).
- High sensitivity: Ideal for broader spaces (up to 8 metres radius).

Customisable Time Delay
- The hold time (duration for which the light remains on after motion is detected) is fully adjustable.
- Minimum delay: 10 seconds ±3 seconds
- Maximum delay: 12 minutes ±1 minute
Installation Guide
- Power Down: Always isolate the main power supply before installation.
- Mounting Location: Choose a flat, stable surface. Avoid metal or glass surroundings that may interfere with detection.
- Drill & Fix: Mark and drill holes using the mounting base. Insert wall plugs if necessary.
Wiring:
- Use the push-type terminal to connect the live, neutral, and load wires.
- Ensure that the rated load is not exceeded (max. 1200W incandescent / 300W LED).
Troubleshooting & FAQs
1
Sensor is not turning ON during testing.Ensure the LUX knob is turned to the “sun” position. In bright environments, the sensor will not activate unless set correctly.
2
The light stays ON continuously. There may be constant motion within the detection area or reflective surfaces like glass interfering with the sensor.
3
Sensor is not detecting motion reliably.Check if the sensor is mounted in a location free from obstruction. Also, ensure it's not behind a wall or glass.
4
Motion detection feels too short or too long.Adjust the TIME knob to increase or decrease the hold time as per your needs.
5
Detection is too sensitive or not sensitive enough.Turn the SENS knob clockwise to increase and counterclockwise to decrease sensitivity.
