Troubleshooting & FAQs

1
Why doesn’t the sensor activate the load during testing?
Cover the sensor with a black opaque cloth to simulate darkness and check LUX settings.
2
Can this sensor be used in exposed outdoor locations?
Yes, with IP44 protection, it can be used for outdoor lighting applications.
3
How do I adjust the light sensitivity?
Rotate the LUX knob anti-clockwise for lower light activation (5 LUX) or clockwise for higher light activation (up to 50 LUX).
4
What happens if the power supply is unstable?
The sensor's internal timer will reset if power is interrupted for more than 2–5 seconds.
5
Is this sensor suitable for garden lighting?
